I enjoy working with products in creative and welcoming environments that embrace plurality and diversity. I carry this mindset in my daily life because I believe it is the only way we can generate value for the company and society. There is no innovation without listening, vertical and horizontal co-creation, and most importantly, working with clients.
 

I have a degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais, with a specialization in Master of Business Informatics from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. I have 5 years of experience in technology project management, and three years ago, I began my journey in product careers. I am currently improving my skills in leading multidisciplinary teams dealing with various aspects of the product cycle. In previous experiences, I took care of the growth of the company's main relationship product and, in the most recent challenge, focused on market fit.
